?How long are my certifications valid for?
Certifications are valid for 1–2 years, depending on the course, starting from the date the certificate is issued. We'll send you an email reminder when your certification is nearing expiration so you can renew on time.
?Is the certification nationally recognized?
Yes! Our certifications are accepted by employers and organizations nationwide, including healthcare facilities, schools and childcare centers, gyms and fitness organizations, and corporate and workplace settings. That said, acceptance requirements can vary by employer, organization, or state agency.
?Do I need hands-on or in-person training?
Our courses are 100% online and designed for educational purposes. However, some employers, licensing boards, or state regulations may require hands-on skills practice and evaluation in addition to online training. It is your responsibility to determine whether additional in-person training is required for your role or location.
?How many questions are on each exam?
Each exam consists of 20 multiple-choice questions, with one correct answer per question.
?What if I don't pass the exam?
You only pay if you pass! If you don't pass on your first attempt, you may retake the exam as many times as needed at no additional cost until you pass.
?How do I receive my certificate?
Once you pass the exam and complete payment, your digital certificate is issued immediately and sent to your email address. You can also access, download, and print your certificate anytime from your dashboard.
?Do you provide physical or wallet cards?
